Step By Step Wall-E Halloween Costume DIY

 

When my son told me he wanted a Wall-E costume for halloween I freaked out for a moment after realizing that I couldn't find it anywhere online, that's when I decided to do one myself. I have to say I did have a backup costume for him just in case this one didn't turn out the way I wanted. His costume was such a hit! He got his picture taken multiple times.

Primary materials: cardboard and ducktape.

Here are the other materials I used. Black and yellow spray paint, silver, bronze, black and white (for mixing) acrylic paint. The sponges worked wonderful in adding that old rusty look. I bought everything at Michael’s.
